Production Supervisor

We are seeking a production supervisor for the Hämeenlinna plant of Logistic TKT Systems Oy. The role focuses on day-to-day production leadership for a team of about 30 skilled workers in turning, assembly and logistics within a growing machine shop environment. You will be responsible for production control and scheduling to ensure customer orders are completed on time, according to quality requirements and cost-effective. You will participate in developing production methods and safety practices, and report directly to the production manager. Main duties include: daily supervision and people management of roughly 30 machinists, assemblers and logistics professionals; coordinating workload distribution and fostering good team spirit; ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the day shift; ensuring orders meet agreed timelines and quality standards; contributing to continuous improvement of processes and safety; collaborating with the production manager as a direct supervisor. What we expect from you: suitable technical education (e.g., mechanical engineer, technician) or strong hands-on experience in machine shop industry and machining/assembly techniques; previous leadership or production-control responsibilities; ability to read technical drawings and understand demanding metalworking requirements; firm but people‑oriented leadership; good interpersonal skills and comfortable with ERP and MS Office.
