Service Coordinator for home-based assistance and support services – Do you want to build growth and boldly take on new challenges? In this position, you will be responsible for personal assistance and support service accounts, the smooth coordination of services, and the goal-oriented promotion of regional growth. The work requires an active approach, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to see opportunities in a changing operating environment. The role combines customer work, network cooperation, service development, and a sales-oriented approach. You will build long-term customer relationships, develop our services, and ensure that our customers receive high-quality, individual service tailored to their needs. Your Tasks As a Service Coordinator, you are responsible for the sale of personal assistance and support services in your area, new customer acquisition, account development, and the smooth implementation of services. You will actively build new partnerships with wellbeing services counties and other stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Your work includes mapping customers' service needs, preparing service plans, coordinating services, and actively maintaining and developing accounts.
