Early Childhood Education Substitute

This vacancy is for flexible, on-call substitute roles in early childhood education in Kontiolahti and surrounding areas under the Norlandia FLEX program. The job involves stepping in to cover shifts when regular arrangements change and ensuring high-quality care and a positive daily experience for children. We value initiative, teamwork and a positive attitude, and we offer a variety of work opportunities and training. The key requirements include a willingness to make children feel safe and happy, good teamwork skills, and at least Finnish language proficiency at level B2. Before starting, the selected candidate must present a valid criminal background check for working with children (504/2002).
