Recycling Station Supervisor

We are seeking a Recycling Station Supervisor for Turku. The role combines supervisory duties, customer service, materials handling and hands-on work at the recycling station. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the recycling sector and is eager to develop further. Responsibilities include organizing daily unit operations, receiving and sorting metal scrap, preparing purchase slips and other documents, performing sorting, loading and unloading with material machines and forklift, and customer service as a front-line supervisor. Requirements include previous experience in the recycling field, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, willingness to contribute to physical and hands-on work, and good IT skills with rapid adoption of new systems.
