Business Developer

We are looking for a proactive and innovative Product Owner to lead and prioritize the work for a highly productive cross-functional team with strong knowledge of their domain covering accounts, cards and transactions in digital channels. This is a full-time and permanent position. About our team Meet the Daily Banking & Channels team. Our role is to manage applications, related services and APIs for Nordea’s customers. What you’ll be doing Main responsibilities in this role: Ensure that the development team delivers value Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the team and the products you will be responsible for Prioritize work and collaborate with stakeholders within Nordea Monitor customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities Monitor and stay on top of competitors and best in class solutions in your domain. This role in based in Finland (Helsinki, Joensuu or Oulu) co-located with our development teams. Candidate will act as Product Owner, while the actual job description will be mapped to Business Developer job descriptions, and the level will depend on the experience of the candidate. Who you are This is the right role for you if you are proactive, innovative, with a can-do mind-set and the ability to convert new ideas or complex requirements into concrete actions. We expect that you can take ownership, handle complex stakeholder management and are able to lead and motivate others. Your background and skills include: Have 5+ years of experience from finance industry/banking Have 5+ years demonstrated Product Owner experience on strategic as well as operational level Have experience with agile ways of working Fluent in English, both written and spoken. It would be ideal if you also: Have experience with accounts, cards and transactions Have experience working with customer facing applications Have expertise in data, analytics or AI capabilities What we offer People come here when they want to get somewhere.
