SMT Operator

We are seeking an SMT operator for an electronics company. Your tasks include machine preparation and setting checks, production monitoring, quality assurance, collaboration with the rest of the team, and participation in purchasing. The role requires an independent work style, fluent Finnish and English, accuracy, technical skills and problem-solving ability. We require previous experience in a similar role. Experience in purchasing and soldering is a plus. The position starts no later than the end of September and is initially a temporary fixed-term assignment for a few months with Nordrec Personnel Services. There is potential for a longer-term contract. The job is full-time day shift. Salary is determined according to the metal industry collective agreement and in this role ranges TVR4–TVR5.
