Site Supervisor for Spotters and Traffic Controllers

We are seeking a site supervisor for Espoo for spotters and traffic controllers. The site is a data center construction project. Responsibilities include directing traffic controllers, positioning them at control points, scheduling shifts, receiving new workers on site, and acting as a traffic controller yourself. We value prior experience in the described tasks, experience with creating shift rosters. Requirements: previous experience with traffic control, valid occupational safety card, genuine motivation to work and develop themselves, honest and proactive attitude, fluent Finnish, good English.
