
Full-time evening position, Monday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. (with evening shift allowance) The role involves planning, releasing and tracking deliveries of materials for production to meet schedules and minimize inventory using just-in-time. You’ll work with suppliers and internal teams (material handling, transportation, procurement, engineering, QA). Responsibilities include planning deliveries, engaging with suppliers and carriers, optimizing strategies for just-in-time, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating improvements. Requires Bachelor’s degree or DEC with 18-36 months experience, bilingual French/English, Excel/Word/PowerPoint and SAP knowledge, travel willingness, autonomy, leadership, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication/negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
- Plan and follow up on parts delivery
- Interact with suppliers and carriers to find creative solutions and avoid production shutdowns
- Analyze the best strategies to meet just-in-time objectives
- Manage commercial relationships with suppliers and negotiate with BRP in mind
- Identify and coordinate areas of improvement in line with team objectives
- Establish recovery plans with suppliers and meet with them if necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, operations management or related field, or DEC in administration and 18 to 36 months of experience
- Fluency in French and English for communication with internal stakeholders outside Quebec
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP
- Willingness to travel

- Team player with good priority management
- Excellent communication, strong analytical, and negotiation skills
