We are seeking a Resource Childcare Worker for our Swedish-speaking daycares Håkansböle and Trollebo in Vanda. The role involves providing children with safety, care and support in daily routines, assisting pedagogy across groups as needed, and collaborating with multiprofessional teams to develop an inclusive unit culture that centres the child’s best interests. The successful candidate will work in a team, communicate with children, colleagues and guardians respectfully, and respond to children’s individual needs. The position is at Håkansböle daghem and Trollebo daghem in Vanda, with a 38 h 15 min per week schedule and full-time terms.
