Production Worker

We are seeking a production worker for our client in the Hartola area in a permanent employment relationship. The role offers a diverse set of tasks and the opportunity to work in a modern production environment that is continuously developed. As a production worker you are an important part of the manufacturing process. Your day will consist of various production tasks, including cleaning machines and taking care of daily maintenance tasks, operating production machines and the automated bottling line, participating in developing production methods and work practices, monitoring product quality during production, measuring, dosing and mixing raw materials according to the manufacturing instructions, and preparing production lots and changing machine settings. To succeed you are precise, responsible and proactive. We value an interest in technology and a desire to learn new steps and understand the operation of production equipment. Previous experience in production, working with machines or in industry is an advantage but not a prerequisite. The most important thing is careful work habits and following instructions; we will train you comprehensively, so you can get to know the production processes, equipment and working methods at your own pace.
