Corporate Pension Insurance Specialist

We are looking for a new specialist for LähiTapiola Henkiyhtiö’s corporate pension insurance team in Tapiola, Espoo. The position is fixed-term until the end of 2027. As a specialist, you will work with group pension insurance and individual pension insurance. You will be responsible for tasks related to granting and administering insurance policies and help ensure that customer onboarding and customer relationship management processes run smoothly. You will also be responsible for ongoing customer care as part of long-term customer relationship management. You will work with varied customer situations, investigate different questions and build solutions together with other specialists. You will work closely with sales, customer service, legal services and development. You will also support our sales organisation in building pension insurance solutions and achieving successful sales. The role combines independent specialist work, customer care and cooperation with our internal partners. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of the customer experience and our ways of working. Swedish is considered an advantage but is not essential for the role. - Readiness to work with both varied specialist duties and work stages that require accuracy and repetition. - A positive, collaborative attitude and a desire to share your expertise and help others succeed. Previous experience in pension insurance or the financial sector is considered an advantage, but you do not need to know everything in advance. Your motivation, desire to learn and practical approach to work are most important. You will be trained for the role, so in-depth prior expertise in pension insurance is not required.
