Staffpoint seeks a Kitchen Shift Manager for Lapland Hotels Riekonlinna in Saariselkä for the winter season 2026-2027. The work begins on 2 November 2026 and lasts until about 19 April 2027, with a possibility of permanent employment. Key duties include leading the shift from a business perspective, maintaining quality according to our concept, managing a diverse workforce, creating and maintaining a positive work climate, kitchen back-office tasks such as order placement and self-inspection, and performing hands-on work. We value leadership skills and previous supervisory experience, cooking education/work experience, the ability to work in a busy environment, proactivity and a positive attitude, hygienic qualifications, and Finnish and English language skills; other languages are an asset.
