Team Lead

We are looking for a Team Lead at Motonet Vantaa. Join a skilled and active team in versatile retail tasks. Lead and coach your team to ensure high-quality, smooth, and solution-oriented service for every customer. As a Team Lead, you will be part of the daily operations of the department, responsible for sales, customer service, and daily activities. The role may focus on store, cashier, customer service, or spare parts and auto sales depending on the skills and experience of the person selected. Previous supervisory experience, commercial thinking, and a desire to succeed are essential. The position is full-time and permanent. The work involves leading your team with a coaching approach, supporting skill development, and ensuring operations follow guidelines. Tasks include maintaining store appearance, executing campaigns, price and shelf changes, supporting cashier and cash flow, and promoting spare parts and auto sales. The role also involves participating in all shifts and other department tasks, including customer service and sales, setting an example, and maintaining a good service attitude, active sales, and a desire to make deals. Suitable if you are passionate about sales, customer interactions, and team coaching. We value previous supervisory experience, retail education or experience, customer service orientation, sales-driven attitude, interest in developing sales and customer experience, active and enthusiastic approach, interest in coaching and developing the team, good communication and cooperation skills, organizational and stress tolerance, self-reliance, thoroughness, and solution focus. Experience or interest in spare parts sales is a plus.
