We are looking for service advisors for security screening, apron supervision, and passenger guidance at Kuusamo Airport for the winter season 2026-2027. As a service advisor, your task is to ensure smooth travel for every customer and the exceptional customer experience we promise, together with other airport operators. You will meet every passenger with a confident approach and ensure they want to return to our fields again. Your duties as a service advisor specifically include security screening, for which we will train you if necessary. Your job description also includes apron supervision, guiding and advising passengers, and taking care of the order and supervision of the terminal. The work requires normal color vision. A basic security clearance and drug testing will be carried out for the person selected for the position, as well as a Peth test measuring high alcohol consumption for those coming to safety-critical tasks. The work is shift work. The employee we are looking for is a team player with a positive attitude, flexible and capable of organizing. When working, you naturally tackle fast-paced situations and are used to operating under pressure. You can communicate orally and in writing in Finnish and English; other language skills are an advantage. You are just the right employee for us if you have eyes in the back of your head and actively observe what is happening around you. You master face-to-face customer service in an international environment, dive smoothly into the swirls of social media, and possess sufficient IT skills.
