Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and basic nursing
- Support client discharge and onboarding
- Plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with client, relatives, team and supervising nurse
- Perform nursing procedures (catheter care, wound care, injections, anticoagulation monitoring)
- Process lab requests, doctor consultations and visits
- Mentor and support junior aides
- Travel to client homes by foot, bike or car
