Join Enersense’s bold professionals! We are currently seeking a team leader / unit head for electrical substation maintenance in Oulu. As a team leader you will be responsible for the daily operations and development of maintenance within your area. This is a practical leadership role combining technical know-how, customer collaboration, resource management and process development. You will ensure that work progresses as planned, customers receive quality service, and your team has the best possible prerequisites to succeed. Although you will not participate in the actual maintenance work yourself, understanding the substation environment and maintenance is essential to success. You will have support from an experienced team and strong back-office functions, and you will work closely with sales, contract managers and other specialists. The role sits within the Power business unit, which helps customers implement the energy transition with comprehensive lifecycle services for power transmission networks, substations, and wind farms, including energy storage solutions. Responsibilities include planning, organizing and developing maintenance activities for substations and BESS equipment; drafting, implementing and monitoring annual and lifecycle maintenance plans; managing the unit’s finances (budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, reporting); leading the expert and technician team and developing skills; ensuring safety and promoting a safety culture; coordinating and developing supplier/contractor networks; and collaborating with customers, network and design organizations and other stakeholders.
