About the role

We are seeking an Education Programme Coordinator for Kanneljärven Opisto on a fixed-term contract from 1 October 2026 to 29 October 2027. The role uses Primus, Kurre and Wilma systems, requiring solid practical experience with Kurre workflow, Primus, and the ability to quickly take on core tasks. The coordinator acts as a colleague to the principals, responsible for designing and maintaining work schedules and participating in annual training planning. The role focuses on coordinating and developing training offerings, drafting schedules, coordinating student recruitment, student administration, and project work. The coordinator also participates in planning training offerings, marketing, substitutes, and analysis of study data to support decision making. Close collaboration with the entire staff and stakeholders is required. Requirements include a suitable lower university degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, proficiency with office systems (especially Primus, Kurre and Wilma), ability to draft and maintain work orders, project work experience, marketing skills, English language proficiency (spoken and written), ability to work in electronic environments, capacity to manage large systems, ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong interpersonal skills, and proactive, solution-oriented, responsible work attitude. Preferred: experience coordinating international activities, knowledge of different education forms (adult education, vocational education, basic education for adults).
