As a bilingual early childhood education teacher, you will lead a team, act as pedagogical leader and community builder. Your duties include leading the team and organizing daily operations to support children’s learning, development and wellbeing in line with the objectives of early childhood education legislation; co-creating learning environments with your team where curiosity and joy are visible in every corner; planning activities so that every child is met and heard as their true self; creating everyday routines that nurture emotional skills, interaction and collaboration, and initiating preventive support quickly; developing pedagogy with colleagues while strengthening an encouraging atmosphere and a developing organizational culture; actively collaborating with guardians, multi-professional networks and local actors in a genuinely collaborative spirit.
