Bilingual Early Years Teacher

As a bilingual early years teacher you are a team leader, pedagogical leader and community builder. Your duties include: leading the team and organizing daily operations so that the activities support children's learning, development and well-being in accordance with the goals of the Early Childhood Education Act. Together with your team, create learning environments where curiosity and joy are visible and felt in every corner. Plan activities so that every child is met and heard as themselves. Create a daily life that supports the development of emotional skills, interaction and cooperation, and quickly initiate preventive support measures. Develop pedagogy with colleagues, strengthening a supportive atmosphere and a developing operating culture. Actively collaborate with guardians, multi-professional networks and local actors in a spirit of genuine partnership.
