Senior Director

The Role Nebius is hiring a Senior Director of GSI and Regional SI Partnerships to build and scale our global systems integrator program from the ground up. This is an infrastructure-first alliances role: we are looking for a leader who deeply understands AI cloud, inference, and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure, and who has a proven track record of turning that infrastructure into services-led, repeatable solutions that partners sell and deliver to enterprise clients worldwide. What You'll Do - Build the global GSI program and team. Design and own the end-to-end partner framework — segmentation, prioritization, tiering, and engagement model. - Activate the AI-native SI ecosystem for speed. Identify, recruit, and mobilize fast-moving AI-native SIs and emerging AI consultancies as a short-tail motion. - Fit Nebius into partner services — and build new ones. Map Nebius platform into partner portfolios and co-build reference architectures and repeatable offerings. - Develop senior and field relationships across GSI sales, cloud/infrastructure, HPC, AI/ML. - Define commercial models and governance. - Drive joint pipeline and revenue with co-sell motions. Enable partner technical and sales teams with certifications and deployment blueprints. - Launch joint go-to-market with marketing and own the numbers via tracking GSI-influenced pipeline and revenue. What You Bring - AI-, infrastructure-, and technology-savvy with deep fluency in AI cloud, GPU infrastructure, IaaS/PaaS, Kubernetes, and modern AI/ML workloads. - Track record building services and solutions with SIs and creating market-ready offerings. - Dual network across GSIs and AI-native SIs. - Experience running global GSI or alliance programs and regional structures. - Builder mindset and startup/0-to-1 experience a plus. - Product savvy and commercial acumen for partner-led monetization. - 10+ years in cloud/infrastructure partner management and senior program leadership; hyperscaler/AI cloud/HPC experience valued. Compensation We offer competitive salaries, ranging from 325k - 400k OTE based on experience in the US.
