QA Lead

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on QA Lead to lead and build the future of quality assurance. Do you want to be on the frontline pushing software testing into a new era? We seek an experienced QA professional who understands the end-to-end quality assurance from idea to production and is ready to harness AI (notably Claude AI agents) as the core of continuous testing. In this role you don’t just manage processes, you design, build and operate them. You are the architect and executor of our QA. What you will do: design and operate continuous testing end-to-end; orchestrate AI agents: define agent roles (requirements analysis, test case generation, code review, automation runs) and manage their operation; hands-on testing when needed; lead quality culture without direct personnel responsibility; act as bridge between product management, developers and AI tools. What we expect: strong technical background and programming skills (e.g., Java); background in software development or strong code-focused test automation; solid QA background with test automation and ideally QA Lead or Senior QA; understanding of Continuous Testing, CI/CD, and Agile; AI-oriented mindset with knowledge of LLMs and Claude; pragmatic can-do attitude; systematic thinking; fluent in Finnish and English.
