Responsibilities
- Work with customers daily to transform their existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated multi-dimensional models
- Understanding business requirements & document them
- Designing & building the corresponding Pigment applications
- Training/Co-building with the customer so they are self-sufficient
- Participating and/or leading UAT and deployment
- Integrating source software and migration solutions (connectors & APIs)
- Be the link between the customer stakeholders and the product team
- Lead cross-functional projects to develop and improve methodology & processes
Requirements
- Excellent at building complex systems and explaining them to stakeholders
- Comfort with large volumes of unstructured data
- A strong learner with diverse customer use cases
- Strong relationship-building with empathy
- Strategic thinker in a fast-paced startup
- Ability to adapt to changing product and customer needs
- Experience delivering across multiple objectives with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English and French; additional European languages a plus
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred
