Librarian

We are seeking a librarian for Lohja City Library on a permanent contract starting on 1 October 2026 or as agreed. The librarian's duties include customer service at the main library service desks and, as needed, at nearby branch libraries. Logistics and organizational responsibilities are part of the role, and the librarian participates in Lohja City Library's team activities. We value good customer service and communication skills and basic IT proficiency; strong Finnish language skills are required. Other languages are a plus. Flexible collaboration and organizational abilities and self-direction are appreciated. The required qualification is a vocational qualification with the library and information studies studies or a professional qualification in library and information services (amateur translation).
