Job Details
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Design scalable system solutions with engineers and architects
- Analyse existing systems and propose improvements
- Ensure data flows between applications and services
- Support design and delivery through the SDLC
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers and business teams
- Participate in testing, validation, and UAT
- Maintain system documentation and process descriptions
- Assist with security and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst or similar
- Experience analysing complex business challenges
- Experience gathering and analysing business and system requirements
- Translating business needs into technical solutions for engineering teams
- Collaboration with software engineers and cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English
