FP&A Lead

We are on a mission to give power back to investors. We're building the AI-powered one-stop shop for investing, where you can track your assets, manage your budget, invest, and learn. We are backed by notable investors and hold MiCA licensing in France. This is the most senior finance seat at Finary today, where your craft directly shapes how the company allocates capital and where it grows next. You'll report to the CEO and own the entire FP&A agenda. You are the hands-on builder of our budget, forecast and unit economics, and you'll lay the foundations of the finance function as we scale. You will own the budget and rolling reforecast, set the company's finance cadence, build unit-economics and cohort instrumentation, and partner across the company with product teams and business leads to bring data-driven decisions. You should be a hands-on modeler with experience leading FP&A end-to-end, and have leadership exposure. Nice-to-have items include regulated fintech exposure and modern data tools.
