The job includes a variety of metal industry tasks such as sheet metal cutting, TIG and MIG welding, bending, and assembly work. After a thorough orientation by experienced professionals, the role will transition to a two-shift schedule. Requirements include training in the metal industry or relevant experience in similar tasks; appreciation for TIG and MIG welding, ability to read drawings, and a proactive, careful work approach. The work starts as soon as the right person is found. If you meet the following, you may be the candidate we are looking for: industrial training or experience in metal production; good Finnish language skills (the supervisor speaks Finnish); high work ethic; good social skills and ability to work with people even in challenging situations.
