Hamburger Worker

We are looking for a Hamburger Worker to join Hesburger Toripaviljonki in Pori for a permanent position. The job involves customer service, preparing our delicious products, and keeping the restaurant clean. As you gain experience, you will become familiar with self-inspection and stock management tasks. Training is provided through our comprehensive HesAkatemia system, ensuring you receive onboarding at the start of your employment and as you continue. If you have no previous experience, that’s fine – we will train you and you will be supported by our fantastic restaurant team. The role often includes evening and weekend shifts. We offer flexible hours to suit your situation. The salary is 9.77–14.33 € per hour depending on previous experience. In addition, we provide Epassin culture, sports and wellbeing benefits (up to 600 € per year). You’ll also receive a 50% discount on meals during shifts and 25% in your spare time. We reward good performance with IPA awards, and more details will be shared during interview.
