We are looking for a service-oriented supervisor and service technician to join our team. Are you a professional in the automotive field who can keep the wheels turning even in busy times, communicate smoothly with customers, and ensure that the workshop runs efficiently? If yes, you might be the right person. Job duties and responsibilities: - Customer service and reception: welcome customers with a smile, map service needs, and ensure a high-quality customer experience from start to vehicle handover. - Work planning and allocation: organize mechanics’ workdays efficiently and ensure schedules stay on track. - Quotation calculation and parts ordering: prepare service quotes, order necessary spare parts, and keep the service management system up to date. - Digital communication: keep customers informed about progress (via WhatsApp messages and photos/videos) and participate in smooth customer care. What we expect: - Relevant automotive education and/or strong practical experience in workshop supervision or service advisory roles. - Good technical understanding of modern cars. - Excellent communication and customer service skills and fluent Finnish (other languages are an advantage). - Ability to multitask and make decisions in changing situations. - Good IT skills and experience with automotive software.
