About the role

What you will contribute: - Define, own, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the retention and engagement lifecycle. - Own the end-to-end post-acquisition journey that turns single-subscription renters into engaged, multi-subscription customers, leading the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch across the mobile app, My Tech, subscription management (extend, upgrade, return, buy), multi-subscription flows, and lifecycle notifications. - Shape an engaging experience that grows customer lifetime value and reduces revocation. - Own and drive the KPIs that define success, such as Multi-Sub Adoption Rate, mobile app engagement, churn and revocation rate, and customer lifetime value (CLV), treating them as a connected system rather than a scorecard. - Drive product discovery through A/B testing, user research, and deep data analysis to understand what renters actually need and find new opportunities for engagement and growth. - Navigate the real trade-offs between growth and credit risk, partnering with CRM and lifecycle marketers, engineers, designers, and data analysts, and communicating strategy, priorities, and results clearly to senior leadership. What you bring: - 4+ years of hands-on product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping successful, user-facing products in a B2C environment. - Significant experience working directly on a retention, engagement, lifecycle, or subscription-focused product team. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. You’re an expert in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user analytics, and you can tell a clear story from a messy dataset. - Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to lead and align cross-functional teams toward a shared goal. - Deep knowledge of agile development methodologies like SCRUM and Kanban. - Proficiency with modern product and analytics tools such as Jira, Amplitude, and Miro. It's a strong plus if you also bring: - Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or subscription-based business models. - A solid understanding of lifecycle marketing and CRM fundamentals, and how they intersect with product strategy. - Experience with experimentation platforms like Amplitude, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or Eppo. - Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
