Loaders, waste logistics workers and yard workers for a construction site

We are seeking concrete workers for a large construction site. We are looking for reliable and proactive workers for three roles: a loader, a waste logistics worker, and a yard person. The tasks are practical and essential for smooth daily site operations. Prior experience in construction sites, logistics, or similar is advantageous, but above all we value a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work. Loader duties include moving materials and goods on the site, assisting with loading, and helping keep the site orderly while working safely and following given instructions. Waste logistics worker duties include sorting and moving construction waste to collection points, keeping waste areas and access ways tidy, and ensuring correct waste separation, with reporting of any deviations. Yard person duties include receiving deliveries to the site, directing deliveries to the correct unloading points, maintaining yard order and drivability, monitoring site traffic, and taking part in other practical site tasks.Requirements include a valid occupational safety card, good physical condition, a proactive and self-starting work attitude, reliability and good teamwork, ability to follow instructions and safety regulations, and willingness to a varied, hands-on work. A B-driver’s license and prior experience in construction sites or logistics is considered advantageous.
