Voice Conversation Evaluator

About the opportunity: Outlier is looking for talented Italian-speaking conversationalists to help train generative AI voice models. This freelance opportunity is remote and hours are flexible, so you can work whenever is best for you. You may contribute by participating in live Italian conversations with an AI voice model, listening to and reviewing Italian-language conversations to ensure they follow the scenario and guidelines, and scoring conversations across dimensions like naturalness, helpfulness, and audio quality, with explanations of your ratings. Examples of desirable expertise include native or highly fluent Italian, improvisation or role-play experience, and customer-facing experience. Payment: Up to $20/hour for core project work; additional incentives apply. This is a 1099 contract opportunity; internships or sponsorship are not offered. You must be authorized to work in your country of residence.
