The small group size enables many activities and tasks during the day, which you get to choose. We provide the framework, but you retain freedom in how you work. In addition, your earnings typically average around €3000/month when you have four children and seven weeks of paid holidays per year. The work is done as a franchising entrepreneur as part of Kultapalat chain. Do not be daunted by the word entrepreneur; we have planned everything for you. You do not need to know anything about business yet as long as you approach early childhood education with passion and get along well with our adults.
