Product Director

Director of Product - Tax Platform leads end-to-end product strategy and execution for Agoda’s proprietary tax platform that powers indirect tax across the business. You will directly manage a team of senior product managers, drive the platform’s multi-year transformation in response to evolving global tax regulation, and collaborate with Group Tax, engineering, and leadership to deliver scalable, compliant tax solutions for multiple products and brands within Booking Holdings. The role is Bangkok-based with relocation provided and a hybrid work model ( Bangkok office + distributed teams). Responsibilities include owning the vision and roadmap for the tax platform (master data, tax determination, invoicing and e-invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, and controls), translating regulatory and business requirements into clear product outcomes, leading large-scale transformation initiatives, making buy-versus-build decisions on tax engines and integration strategies, shaping architecture with engineering leads, and establishing governance for tax configuration and change management. The candidate should have 10+ years in product management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, a track record of building or transforming tax platforms at large digital businesses, deep indirect tax knowledge, strong communication skills in English, and a willingness to work from Bangkok with a hybrid setup.
