Head of Adolescent Psychiatry

Join us in building the future of adolescent psychiatry – we are seeking a Head of Department for the eastern region outpatient services. The position will be located at either the Järvenpää or Porvoo unit, and work will begin on 1 October 2026 or by agreement. We offer a diverse and meaningful role in work with youths. In this role you will combine high-quality clinical work, frontline leadership duties, and service development in a unique way. The job provides an opportunity to influence the quality of youth mental health services, to develop cooperation with basic-level services, and to participate in building more effective care pathways. The post will be filled from 1 October 2026 or by agreement. The role salary follows LS and includes possible experience and other allowances. Probation is six months.
