Information Coordinator

We at Etteplan are seeking an information coordinator in Stockholm with at least three years of experience and familiarity with CAD environments and systems like Masterconcept. This role is a key position in ensuring that technical documentation and asset information are of the highest quality from project start to maintenance. You will be responsible for structuring, quality assurance, and development of technical documentation and information flows in project and management environments. You will work with experienced colleagues on assignments where information quality is business-critical, managing information flows, requirements, document plans, and schedules. You will coordinate information deliveries and review processes, ensure quality in document structure and metadata, and drive improvements in customer information management practices.
