Healthcare Assistant

ANNU Social Services is seeking a caring individual to join our team as a home care worker for people with disabilities. As a Lähihoitaja, you will work with clients of different ages, providing participation support, vocational personal assistance, and care for people with disabilities. The ideal candidate is flexible, eager, and has a positive mindset. Experience in disability work is advantageous, but the right attitude is the most important trait. We offer flexible, meaningful paid work with the ability to plan your shifts according to your calendar and client needs, supportive supervision, and an orientation before starting. We follow the Private Social Services Collective Agreement and pay wages in accordance with the collective agreement.
