We are now looking for new team members who enjoy honest and physical outdoor work, value solid professionalism, and want to help write the story of our home forward. We are seeking an experienced and skilled maintenance and repair professional: The maintenance role includes: Care of properties and yard areas, Maintenance of ski trails and routes, Snow removal and other machinery-based maintenance with a tractor, Small-scale construction, maintenance, and repair work indoors and outdoors. The work is physical and mainly outdoors – regardless of weather and season. Changing conditions require flexibility, a calm attitude, and a safe working approach. Requirements: Experience in maintenance or repair tasks, B driving license, Good handling of tractors and their attachments, Strong skills in operating snowmobiles and plows for trail and route maintenance, Construction and repair skills, Ability to work independently, responsibly, and safely, Proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
