Deployment Strategist

What you’ll be doing in this role Work closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna’s product Manage relationships and collaboration within complex enterprise dynamics Detailed and intense Project management during deployment phase Break down and prioritise product requirements and requests early in the implementation proces Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth to improve implementation flows and customer experience Help shape how Duna works with customers by improving documentation, tooling, and processes What we’re looking for Comfortable working at the intersection of technology, product, and customers Structured and seasoned project- and stakeholder management Clear communicator who enjoys explaining complex ideas in simple, human terms Strong problem solver who stays calm in ambiguous or fast-moving situations Systems thinker — you understand how customer decisions impact the product and vice versa A final note before you apply: please read through our website in detail.
