If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply: You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a master’s degree in Engineering, STEM disciplines, Business, or related fields, and are available to work full-time. You are fluent in English and Finnish. You bring international experience, whether through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment. You are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience. You have the legal right to work in Finland (e.g., residency, visa). You are committed, curious, and eager to take ownership of projects while thriving in a team environment.
