Construction Site Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced construction site logistics professional to join our client in Uusimaa to take responsibility for managing the logistics of a demanding construction project. In this role you will play a central part in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the material flows on the site. You will especially ensure smooth deliveries to the client, arrange intermediary storage if needed, and ensure timely arrival of materials to the construction site in collaboration with various stakeholders. The assignment is at least about six months, with potential for longer-term collaboration. Responsibilities include: full coordination and management of site logistics; planning and monitoring of client material deliveries; organizing and managing intermediate storage solutions; scheduling deliveries and coordinating inbound goods; collaborating with client, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders; developing logistics processes and ensuring smooth material flow on site. Requirements: previous experience in site logistics leadership or coordination on construction projects; experience in material flows, deliveries, and site operations; fluent Finnish and English skills both written and spoken; strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent deliveries and changing situations; proactive and solution-oriented approach.
