The vacancy is for a full-time position at Y.E.S. Päiväkoti in Vantaa. The social worker will participate as a member of an multidisciplinary team in planning, implementing and evaluating pedagogical activities, and will share responsibility for cooperation with families. The role includes strengthening community and inclusion in collaboration with guardians and other child-family stakeholders, developing services and new practices to promote children’s well-being and belonging, and guiding children, families and guardians. The unit is multilingual (English and Finnish) and located on Hagelstamintie in Vantaa. The team consists of eight groups, including two preschools. The social worker will work with the 3–5-year-old group this season.
