We welcome you who want to work as a resource childcare worker in early childhood education at our Swedish-speaking daycare centers Håkansböle and Trollebo in Vanda. Additionally, our unit participates in the ProSmå project, which aims to strengthen children's socio-emotional skills and promote positive interactions throughout the daycare center. As a resource childcare worker, you offer children security, care, and support in everyday life. You have the opportunity to work and support pedagogy in all children's groups in a versatile way and where your support is most current. By working variedly in all groups, you also function as support for the groups' pedagogical teams and collaborate with various multiprofessional actors. You actively contribute to developing an inclusive operational culture within the entire unit. Terms of employment are determined according to the general municipal service and employment collective agreement (AKTA). Salary: 2553.28 euro/month, plus a possible supplement based on previous work experience. Required permits: The appointed person must present a valid extract from the criminal record; we check that persons appointed to work with the care of children under school age have submitted a report on the possible occurrence of tuberculosis in the respiratory organs. Number of appointments: 1. Probationary period: 3 months. Full-time/part-time: full-time. Type of employment: employment contract. Working time: 38 h 15 min/week.
