Job Tasks - Preparation of Chinese dishes and finishing of plates according to high-quality standards. - Planning, developing, and testing new menu items. - Handling raw ingredients, especially cutting, portioning, and pre-preparation of meat. - Independently managing daily kitchen tasks. - Adhering to food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety regulations in the kitchen. Requirements - At least two (2) years of work experience as a Chinese cuisine chef. - Qualification or equivalent vocational training in Chinese cooking. - Ability to develop new dishes and actively participate in product development. - Independent work attitude and good organizational skills. - Strong skills in handling, cutting, and preparing meat. - Diligence, responsibility, and quality awareness. - Proficiency in Chinese language, as daily work and internal communication in the kitchen are primarily conducted in Chinese. The role requires fluent communication with other kitchen staff.
