Speciallärare inom småbarnspedagogik at the Vanda Swedish Service Area units, Håkansböle day care, Västersundom preschool and Trollebo day care. The specialist is responsible for providing expert support in early childhood education and guiding the units in planning, development, and evaluation of children’s support processes. They collaborate closely with the unit heads, early childhood teachers, and multiprofessional teams. The role includes consulting and mentoring staff and guardians, with intermittent co-teaching. The position is part of the unit management group and contributes to building an inclusive culture. The placement includes the Galoppbrinken 5, 01200 Vanda, Västersundom, Hetbackavägen 3, 01200 Vanda, and Vidjegränden 2, 01360 Vanda sites, with future relocation plans to Hästhagsvägen 17, 01200 Vanda for a combined day care. Full-time position; 38 h 15 min/week; six-month trial; salary 3 593,84 euro/month plus experience-based supplement. Requirements include teacher qualification for early childhood education and good Swedish language skills; multi-professional collaboration is valued.
