Business Development Manager

Enerva Oy is a Finnish expert company specialized in monitoring, operation and maintenance of electrical and production networks. The role is to drive business development, lead new customer acquisition and solution sales in renewable energy projects, manage contract negotiations, and build partnerships and networks within energy-intensive sectors in Finland. The manager reports directly to the CEO and participates in marketing and communications. The job is a leadership, strategy-influencing position requiring strong negotiation and collaboration skills, ability to manage large scope of work, and a proactive attitude. The role includes occasional travel within Finland, primarily to customer meetings, trade shows and partner meetings, and can be performed mainly remotely but requires visits to the head office in Mikkeli a couple of times per month. The successful candidate will start with a ~2 month onboarding in Mikkeli. Security clearance is required.
