Act as a trusted advisor to Finance, Operations, and Senior Leadership. Communicate complex procurement data as clear, actionable business insights. Oversee contracts, critical spare parts sourcing, and outsourced processing to ensure zero business disruption. Collaborating with Engineering and Operations to perform "Function vs. Cost" analysis on high-spend items. Implementing "Should-Cost" modeling to challenge supplier pricing during complex negotiations.

Requirements
- 5+ years in Procurement
- 3+ years in Senior/Strategic capacity
- UAE market experience mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
- CIPS Level 4/5 or CPSM preferred
- Strong Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, Data Modeling)
- ERP familiarity
- AI transformation / predictive analytics / process automation interest
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management
- Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
