Cleaning Service Supervisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Cleaning Services Supervisor to join our team in Oulu. At SOL, a positive, encouraging atmosphere and employee wellbeing are important values. The role involves daily cleaning maintenance in central Oulu, focusing on office and social spaces using both manual and machine cleaning methods. The work is varied and mainly independent. Key expectations include good communication and customer service skills, initiative, responsibility, and solid Finnish language ability for customer interactions. Prior cleaning experience or training is beneficial, but the most important is a positive attitude and willingness to learn. We will train you for your site and duties. Pay follows the Real Estate Service sector collective agreement, pay grade 2. The job is full-time and permanent, with standard hours Monday to Friday 06:00–14:00 (37.5h/week).
