About the Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of HVAC and Cleanroom construction projects across Stockholm and the wider region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with experience delivering complex technical installations within pharmaceutical, life sciences, semiconductor, healthcare, or other controlled environment facilities.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage day-to-day site operations for HVAC and Cleanroom projects.\nCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient project execution.\nMonitor construction progress against programme milestones and proactively address delays.\nEnsure all works are carried out in accordance with Swedish regulations, project specifications, and company quality standards.\nManage health, safety, and environmental compliance across all site activities.\nConduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.\nLiaise with clients, consultants, engineering teams, and project management stakeholders.\nCoordinate commissioning and validation activities for HVAC systems and cleanroom environments.\nReview technical drawings, method statements, and risk assessments.\nMonitor labour resources, materials, and equipment requirements.\nPrepare regular progress reports and maintain project documentation.\nSupport project handover and close-out activities.\nRequirements\nEssential\nProven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Supervisor within HVAC, MEP, or Cleanroom projects.\nStrong understanding of HVAC systems, ventilation, air handling units, ductwork, piping, and building services installations.\nExperience delivering projects within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, data centre, semiconductor, or controlled environment sectors.\nFluent Swedish and English language skills.\nExcellent leadership and communication abilities.\nStrong understanding of construction health and safety regulations.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.\nValid driving license.\nDesirable\nExperience with GMP-regulated environments.\nKnowledge of cleanroom classifications and validation processes.\nRelevant technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related field.\nExperience working on mission-critical or highly regulated construction projects.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nOpportunity to work on high-profile HVAC and Cleanroom projects across Sweden.\nLong-term career development within a growing technical construction environment.\nCollaborative and international working environment.\nProfessional training and development opportunities.
