We are seeking traffic instructor interns under a training agreement for CAP Auto School’s Oulu and Pori locations. The role combines teaching, coaching and customer service and offers a chance to join Finland’s largest driving school community that actively supports learning. Training begins with the first stage of the specialized qualification in collaboration with CAP Auto School; the first stage is unpaid and typically lasts about 3–6 months depending on study pace. Once you obtain the teaching practice permit, you can proceed to the next phase with paid training that follows the collective agreement for the transportation teaching field. Shifts mainly run between 08:00 and 20:00. Our aim is to offer interns the possibility to continue studies and work as driving instructors after graduation. Responsibilities include observing and planning B-category driving lessons, supporting students on their learning path, participating in customer service and student guidance, using modern digital teaching tools, getting familiar with electronic student management systems, and working as part of the location’s team. Requirements include customer‑oriented and responsible work ethic, good interpersonal and collaboration skills, at least a B-class manual transmission driving license valid for at least three years, a background meeting the qualifications for traffic instructor training (including being at least 21 years old at the start of teaching practice), fluency in Finnish and good English, and readiness to use digital tools. Experience in customer service, education or guiding roles is a plus, as is interest in motorcycle or moped instruction in the future. We offer the possibility to train in a new profession, support from experienced driving instructors, and modern teaching tools.
