Financial Administration Product Manager

We are looking for a Financial Administration Product Manager to join Smart Energiapalvelut in Ulvila on a permanent and full-time contract. You will work at Smart Energiapalvelut and collaborate with partners and energy industry players as a financial administration expert, accounting and financial systems specialist, and controller. You will also participate in the startup of a system change from the early stages and influence future financial administration practices and tools. Your workplace is in Ulvila, with a flexible hybrid work model, and we hope you will spend as much time as possible in the office at the start to ensure smooth onboarding and collaboration. Main tasks include developing financial administration services and processes, acting as a financial administration expert, handling accounting, financial statements, budgeting and tax matters, performing controller-like duties, developing and acting as a system expert for financial systems, participating in the system change and rollout, leading a two-person team, identifying client needs and financial administration challenges, and collaborating with other product managers to develop services and business. We expect a suitable educational background such as KTM or tradenomi in accounting or financial administration, practical experience in diverse financial administration tasks, experience with financial statements, budgeting and tax matters, experience with financial systems and a willingness to develop them, ability to understand financial administration as a whole and client needs, a proactive development and problem-solving mindset, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, customer- and business-oriented thinking, fluent Finnish, and English is an advantage. Experience from the energy sector and understanding of energy business is a plus.
